Give this refreshing summer smoothie a whirl with strawberries and fresh peaches or nectarines!
Ingredients Serves: 2
- 1 fresh peach or nectarine
- 1 c. frozen strawberries
- 1 1/4 c. coconut milk, more if needed
- 1 T. erythritol or a few drops of stevia
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 T. collagen powder
Directions
