Choco Mocha Truffles

Ingredients for truffles

  • 3 large avocados
  • 1 1/4 c. coconut butter
  • 1 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 c. powdered erythritol
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. Dandi Blend or favorite instant coffee
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • stevia, to taste

Powder for rolling

  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. powdered erythritol 


    Instructions for truffles

    1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix until smooth.
    2. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    3. Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and roll in cocoa mixture.
    4. Serve immediately or refrigerate. 

    Instructions for powder for rolling

    1. Mix in a small dish and set aside.
