Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ¼ c. coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp. honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free syrup
- ½ tsp. toffee liquid stevia
- 1 ¼ c. almond flour
- ¼ tsp. sea salt
- ¼ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- Mix eggs, coconut oil and sweeteners together.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon or pipe into greased donut pans or silicone molds until ⅔ full.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes then remove from molds to cool.
Option #1 Donut Coating
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ⅓ c. erythritol or favorite granulated sweetener

- Mix ground cinnamon and erythritol together.
- Dip warm donuts into melted coconut oil and then immediately coat with the cinnamon and erythritol.

- ½ c. powdered erythritol
